Flexi-job Floor Staff – December
For The Proper Hangout, a cozy brunch and lunch spot near the cathedral in Antwerp, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced flexi-job floor staff member to strengthen our team during the busy December period.
We are seeking someone with hospitality experience who can work independently, quickly integrates into our team, and provides our guests with excellent service.
Your tasks:
- Warmly welcome and professionally serve guests.
- Take orders and serve them correctly.
- Prepare and serve coffees and other beverages.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables.
- Ensure smooth and welcoming service, even during peak times.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor team.

Job requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced floor staff member who provides our guests with a warm welcome and excellent service, even during busy moments.
- Proven experience in hospitality is required, preferably in floor service.
- You can independently take orders, serve dishes and drinks, and manage tables.
- You are hospitable, customer-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
- You work efficiently, organized, and can handle stress.
- You have an eye for detail, cleanliness, and a well-groomed presentation.
- You are reliable, flexible, and a team player.
- You speak sufficient Dutch and/or English to serve our guests smoothly.
- You are available for flexi-job shifts in December 2026.
- You meet the legal requirements for a flexi-job.
