Yes, even Sint can have an off day. After hundreds of years of flawlessly delivering gifts, things have gone terribly wrong this year. The gift administration is in chaos. Letters from well-behaved children are mixed in with orders for dog treats, boxes are mislabelled, and somewhere in the Stadsfeestzaal, a machine has been tying ribbons non-stop for three days. The chaos is complete.

Fortunately, Sint has a clever plan: he calls on the only ones who can save the day – you!

What is the game?
In ‘Operation Gift Panic’, you step right into Sint's secret gift center. A series of wacky helpers are waiting for your assistance. There are riddles everywhere, sorting belts, piles of gifts without names, and lists without presents. Time is running out, as December 6 is fast approaching. Only by searching, thinking, and laughing together can you ensure that each gift ends up with the right child.

This is not a classic meet & greet, but an interactive experience where you participate actively. Children become helper elves, parents turn into detectives, and everyone gets a role in the story. And of course, Sint will be there himself, with plenty of time to acknowledge all the efforts of his young helpers.

Why should you be there?
Because this is not just a regular visit to Sint. It’s an adventure full of humor, excitement, and wonder. The Stadsfeestzaal, with its golden ceilings and impressive architecture, is the perfect place to bring the magic of Sinterklaas to life. As soon as you step inside, it feels like you’re walking into a movie – one where you play the leading role.

Practical
Sint will be in the Stadsfeestzaal from November 15 to December 6. Tickets cost 14.95 euros per person and can be purchased via desint.be/stadsfeestzaal. The experience lasts about fifty minutes and is suitable for all ages.

Those who are smart will reserve quickly. Because if Sint has learned anything from this gift panic, it’s that being on time can sometimes be the greatest gift of all.
