With the Canard à la Rouennaisse, you are presented with a unique experience. The dish is partially prepared at the table by Maître Tom Schoonbaert using an authentic Presse A Canard. Be sure to reserve your canard in advance! At Au Vieux Port, you can enjoy seasonal classics such as pheasant, Fine Champagne, or hare, Arlequin. Throughout the year, you can also find classics like eel in green sauce or a black-legged chicken from the Landes. A must-try delicacy is the Tarte au Boudin Basque!
