During the Summer of Antwerp, percussionist and electronic artist DOMNIQ brings a special total experience to the city with Water Ripples. By the water, percussion, electronics, and underwater sounds merge into a soothing and intense live experience that fully immerses you in sound and atmosphere.

On June 19 and 20, the audience is invited not only to listen but especially to feel.

A concert inspired by water

Water is the common thread throughout DOMNIQ's performance. The sounds of the underwater world, subtle electronic layers, and live percussion together create a hypnotic soundscape that remains in constant motion.

Water Ripples is not about classical concert structures, but about experience. The audience is taken into a slower, almost meditative moment by the water, perfect for a summer evening in Antwerp.

Live by the water during the Summer of Antwerp

For this special performance, the Summer of Antwerp collaborates with STROOM. The setting by the water enhances the experience and makes the concert a unique outdoor event.

Visitors are welcome to bring a cushion or chair to comfortably enjoy the performance.

A sensory experience for everyone

In addition to the music, the performance also strongly focuses on accessibility. For this edition, the Summer of Antwerp provides special vibrating vests that allow visitors to physically feel the music and rhythms, an innovative way to experience the performance.

The location is also wheelchair accessible.
