On Thursday, December 31, 2026, Sofie's Place will open its doors for the first time on New Year's Eve. A special occasion to end the year in style with a festive dinner, delicious dishes, and a cozy atmosphere.

The evening begins with a selection of appetizers:

• Oysters with aqua chili, cucumber, and champagne

• Beef Carpaccio with sun-dried tomatoes, horseradish cream, crispy garlic, and artichoke

• Scallops with black garlic aioli, capers, and beurre blanc with shallots

For the main course, you can choose between two dishes:

• Duck Breast with red wine berry sauce, roasted bell pepper, and hoisin sauce

• Halibut with celery root puree, roasted baby potatoes, cauliflower, and aioli

As a sweet finale, a classic Crêpe Suzette with vanilla ice cream is on the menu.
