Axe Throwing Tournaments in Antwerpen: aim, throw, and compete for victory

Looking for an activity with just a bit more adrenaline? In September, WoodCutter Antwerpen is organizing two axe throwing tournaments where technique, competition, and above all, a lot of fun are central.

On Sunday, September 13, the Regular Tournament is on the agenda. Two weeks later, on Sunday, September 27, the Therapy Tournament follows. Ideal for those who want to test their throwing technique and compete against other participants.

Regular Tournament on September 13

During the Regular Tournament, everything revolves around precision. Grab your axe, focus on the target, and try to collect as many accurate throws as possible.

You don’t need to be an experienced axe thrower. The combination of competition and the relaxed atmosphere at WoodCutter makes it a unique Sunday evening with friends or other participants.

Therapy Tournament on September 27

On September 27, the Therapy Tournament follows. Again, you will have the chance from 6 PM to 8:30 PM to send your axes towards the target and test your skills.

A great way to wrap up the weekend and perhaps throw off some frustrations from the past week.

Axes, beers, and competition

WoodCutter describes itself as the place "Where Axes and Beers Bang". The location at Plantinkaai combines axe throwing with a cozy bar atmosphere and is located right by the Schelde in the center of Antwerpen.

For €15, you can participate in the tournament, and one drink is included.
