THE SLOW EXCHANGE: SPRING EDITION - Opening Night

The Spring Edition opens on Friday, April 17, with a festive Late Night Shopping from 16:00–21:00.

From April 17–19, 2026, SofieDarche., Valérie Berckmans, and Abelone Wilhelmsen join forces for a three-day event where they collaborate on design, slow fashion, and artistic exchange.

Discover the collections and meet the designers over a drink in the unique atmosphere of the SofieDarche Flagship Store. Rooted in Antwerp, Brussels, and Copenhagen, the designers create a dynamic dialogue between cities. Each brand has its own universe — distinctive yet harmoniously connected — with a shared focus on timeless design, conscious production, and refined craftsmanship.

In addition to fashion and leather goods, you will also find works by Sarah Van Wingerden during the event. The documentary photographer will present some of her prints and the photo book from her latest project ‘Bij ons langs de rivier’. Her work was recently published in National Geographic and will move to her next exhibition at the Kunstkerk Dordrecht after the Spring Edition of the Slow Exchange.

The designs of Abelone and Valerie will remain available in the Sofie flagship store until May 10.
